CENTURY 21 Bessette Flavin has expanded its presence in the Baton Rouge market with the acquisition of CENTURY 21 Investment Realty, continuing the company’s strategic growth across Louisiana.

The acquisition brings together two established CENTURY 21 organizations and expands Bessette Flavin’s network of real estate professionals serving buyers, sellers and investors in the Baton Rouge area.

The acquisition follows the 2025 merger of two long-time Southwest Louisiana real estate companies, CENTURY 21 Bessette Realty and Flavin Realty, which created CENTURY 21 Bessette Flavin. The combination brought together two multigenerational, family-owned companies with decades of real estate experience and established the largest CENTURY 21 affiliate in Louisiana, with offices in Lake Charles and Baton Rouge.
